The ideal candidate has proven expertise in patient care and rehabilitation. - You hold a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance - You have at least two years of experience in post-acute and rehabilitation care - You demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team - You show empathy and excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
