You will integrate a dedicated team focused on the well-being of residents in a specialized facility for the elderly.

- Ensure daily care and monitor the physical and moral comfort of residents

- Collaborate with the medical team to follow and apply personalized care plans

- Actively participate in activities promoting the maintenance of residents' autonomy

The Lolme center is looking for a dedicated Nursing Assistant with at least 2 years of experience.

- State Diploma in Nursing required to ensure high-quality care

- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in an environment that values teamwork and collaboration

- Mastery of hygiene and safety protocols in a medical-social establishment

- Empathy and compassion towards elderly and dependent residents
