- State Diploma in Nursing Assistance or student nurse having validated their first year of IFSI.
- Listening capacity and aptitude for benevolent communication with elderly people
- Team spirit for harmonious collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Keen sense of observation to adjust the care provided according to residents' needs
