How do you perceive the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of residents as a Nursing Assistant in our medical-social establishment? In a medical-social setting, you actively contribute to the well-being of residents by providing quality care and accompanying them daily - Assure toilette, dressing and mobilization of residents while respecting their dignity and comfort - Distribute and assist with meal intake while ensuring specific dietary regimens - Participate in cleaning and maintenance of living spaces to ensure a healthy and secure environment - Collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure personalized and adapted follow-up for each resident - Observe and transmit relevant health information about residents to the medical team
