As a healthcare professional, you will accompany residents in their daily life and contribute to their overall well-being.

- Accompany residents in the realization of essential daily acts, respecting their autonomy and individual needs
- Actively participate in implementing personalized accompaniment projects, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the quality of care under the supervision of a Nurse, ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of residents

The Nursing Assistant sought will provide assistance and care to residents in EHPAD under nurse supervision.

- Ability to accompany residents in daily acts

- Effective collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for quality care

- State Diploma in Nursing Assistant required for this position
