How do you envision contributing as a Nursing Assistant (F/H) within a home care service? You will actively support and well-being of patients by providing adapted care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. - Ensure daily care preparation and administration for patients at home - Collaborate with the medical team to adapt care plans according to individual needs - Monitor patient health status and report any significant changes to the healthcare team - Participate in emotional accompaniment of patients and their families by offering listening and support - Maintain a clean and secure care environment while respecting established hygiene protocols.
