How would you like to contribute to the well-being of residents as a Nursing Assistant (F/H) in our medical-social establishment? In a medical-social establishment, you will be responsible for accompanying young adults with autism spectrum disorder. - Ensure daily accompaniment of residents by promoting their well-being and autonomy - Actively participate in implementing personalized projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team - Ensure respect for hygiene and safety protocols when accompanying residents

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant (F/H) with at least two years of professional experience in a medical-social establishment. - You hold the State Diploma in Nursing Assistance and master adapted care practices - You demonstrate great empathy and excellent communication skills - You can work in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to individual needs
