Facility: GSS MN Blackduck Northern Pines Location: Blackduck, MN Address: 172 Summit Ave W, Blackduck, MN 56630, USA Shift: Day Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 24.00 Salary Range: 20.00 - 25.00 Pay Info: $5,000 Sign On Available Job Summary The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the residents in our skilled nursing facility. The NA is responsible for providing direct care to residents, including but not limited to: assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; assisting with meals and snacks; and providing emotional support and companionship to residents. The NA will also be responsible for reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and assisting with the maintenance of a clean and safe environment. The NA will work under the supervision of the licensed nursing staff and will be expected to follow established policies and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required; ability to lift 50 pounds or more; ability to push/pull up to 200 pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; ability to work effectively as part of a team; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
