Teamwork! Job Summary The Nursing Assistant, Certified, Long Term Care (LTC) will provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with seniors and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents including but not limited to: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Assisting with transfers and ambulation Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents Participating in resident care conferences and reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse manager.
