NURSING AIDE (F/H)

Within an elderly care facility, you will be responsible for providing care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. Your role will involve: • Providing personalized care and support to residents, taking into account their specific needs and preferences; • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; • Helping with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents; • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards; • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans; • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being; • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of care plans and policies; • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided; • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge; • Adhering to the facility's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job, respecting the privacy and dignity of residents.
