Key Responsibilities: • Oversee multiple rooms within the centre, ensuring that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across all areas. • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners. • Ensure that all aspects of the nursery's operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Be responsible for the overall management of a room or area within the centre. Requirements: • A relevant qualification in Early Years Education and Care (EYE) or equivalent. • Experience working in an early years setting, preferably as a Room Leader or similar role. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners. • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
