Nursery Nurse - Balsall Heath, Birmingham
Monarch Education are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming nursery school in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham to find a committed Level 3 Nursery Nurse. This role involves working in the 2-3 year old room, supporting children's learning and development. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.15am - 3.3pm and personal care is included. You must hold a full and relevant qualification Level 3 Early Years Qualification to be considered for this role.
Requirements of applicant:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Able to provide personal care where appropriate
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care and education for children aged 2-3 years
- Supporting children with personal care routines including toileting, feeding and hygiene
- Deliver engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS Framework
- Observe, assess and recorded children's progress, sharibng outcomes with the team and parents
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are consistently followed.
