As Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the well-being and development of children and staff • Building strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration • Managing budgets, resources, and facilities to maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge • Collaborating with other teams and services to ensure seamless transitions and support for children and families • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators • Supporting the nursery's commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion • Being an ambassador for Partou Yeadon Day Nursery, promoting our values and reputation in the community.
