Busy Bees is seeking an inspirational Nursery Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract at our London Kilburn nursery. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have at least two years of leadership experience in the early years sector, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • To lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve the overall performance of the nursery, including staff development, parental engagement, and community partnerships. • To ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including Ofsted requirements. • To maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. • To build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to promote the nursery's reputation and values. Requirements: • Level 3 childcare qualification (or above). • At least two years of leadership experience in the early years sector. • Proven track record of improving nursery performance and achieving Ofsted requirements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
