Nurse/Therapy Awareness Specialist - BeNeLux Region

Location: Benelux Region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Regional Sales Leadership

A globally recognised medtech company is seeking a Therapy Awareness Specialist to lead physician engagement and market development for a transformative respiratory therapy across the Benelux region. This role is central to expanding access to a minimally invasive intervention for patients with advanced pulmonary disease.

Key Responsibilities

Physician Engagement & Education

  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan in collaboration with regional sales leadership
  • Educate clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on lung volume reduction therapy
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer discussions, roundtables, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support healthcare providers in identifying eligible patients and navigating referral pathways
  • Provide educational materials and clinical data to build awareness and confidence in the therapy

Sales Support & Case Facilitation

  • Assist with case coverage and reinforce product adoption within existing accounts
  • Ensure accurate attribution of diagnostic reports and follow up with referring clinicians
  • Maintain high levels of field activity and engagement with healthcare professionals

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and treatment centres
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to close feedback loops and optimise referral processes
  • Encourage post-procedural communication to enhance continuity of care

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track and report activity, performance metrics, and engagement outcomes
  • Document all interactions and case-related activities in CRM systems
  • Support regional educational initiatives and events
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, or business
  • Ability to influence clinical decision-making through data-driven discussions
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across the Benelux region
