This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key Nurse Prescriber position where your clinical expertise and passion for patient-centred care can truly make an impact. You’ll be working in a well-supported environment with strong GP oversight, a skilled nursing team, and an innovative approach to primary care delivery.
This role offers genuine scope for autonomy, while being backed by the guidance of an experienced Medical Director and multidisciplinary colleagues who value teamwork and shared learning.

This is a full/part-time position (3–5 days per week), offering flexibility to support your work–life balance while maintaining meaningful patient continuity.

What You’ll Bring

• Current NZ Nursing Council registration with Prescribing Authority
• Sound clinical judgement and confidence in delivering comprehensive patient assessments
• Experience managing long-term conditions and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative approach to care
• A proactive mindset, keen to contribute to quality improvement and patient education
• Dedication to equitable, culturally safe, and holistic healthcare delivery
