Job Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, including conducting thorough histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. Additionally, the candidate will participate in rounds, attendings, and other educational activities to stay current with best practices in neurology. Job RequirementsEducation: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution Experience: 2+ years of experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in a neurology setting Certification/Licensure: Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and current licensure to practice as a PA or APRN in the state of Pennsylvania Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical records, including Epic Systems.
