Position: Staff Nurse Institution: NET’s – Navodaya Medical College Hospital and Research Centre Location: Raichur, Karnataka About the Role: The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care by observing, monitoring, and accurately recording clinical information. The nurse will support doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures, administer prescribed medications, and ensure patient comfort at all times. Maintaining a safe, hygienic healthcare environment and strictly adhering to infection control measures is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicate with patients and families in a compassionate and respectful manner, and maintain accurate records of patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. • Support doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed. • Ensure patient comfort at all times, including providing emotional support and addressing patients' concerns. • Maintain a safe, hygienic healthcare environment by adhering to infection control measures and maintaining accurate records of patient care. • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes. • Communicate with patients and families in a compassionate and respectful manner. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. • Current registration with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or equivalent regulatory body. • Minimum 1-year experience as a staff nurse in a hospital setting. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems.
