You will play a key role in patient care and supporting medical teams within the establishment during nighttime hours
- Perform nursing care while respecting current protocols
- Ensure continuous patient surveillance and detect any anomalies
- Collaborate with the medical team to adapt treatments based on patients' needs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their loved ones
- Participate in writing and updating medical records before the end of each shift
That's what our client is proposing to you:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 2 months (extendable)
- Salary: Base 16 euros Brut/hour + seniority + night-related bonuses The establishment is looking for a nighttime Nurse (F/H) with initial experience and skills in hospital care.
- State Nursing Diploma required
- Ability to work efficiently during nighttime hours
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Aptitude to manage emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with medical and paramedical personnel
