Join our Medical Centre Leadership Team and play a key part in delivering exceptional patient care. This Monday-Friday position is ideal for a passionate Lead Nurse who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys bringing out the best in others. What you will be doing:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated nursing team
• Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence
• Work closely with the leadership team to uphold policies and best practice
• Develop and enhance models of care to improve access, patient experience, and health outcomes
• Complete annual performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
• Champion equity, diversity, and culturally safe care

What you bring:

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Strong leadership ability, ideally within primary care
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a GP practice
• Confident coaching others and delivering culturally competent care
• Highly organised with excellent relationship skills
• Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
• Interested in quality improvement and clinical systems
