You play a crucial role in accompanying residents by ensuring quality care and guaranteeing the traceability of acts performed
- Closely monitor the health evolution of residents and signal any changes to competent medical personnel
- Implement and follow up on care projects in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Actively accompany caregivers in their daily missions and ensure their proper execution
- Ensure the good application and respect of protocols as well as geriatric best practices
- Work closely with the establishment director, nurse coordinator, and medical coordinator for optimal resident care
