You will be in charge of:

- Accompanying and supporting patients at home

- Ensuring patient follow-up and family support

- Evaluating patient needs and developing care plans adapted to their situation

- Administering medical treatments and monitoring their effects

- Collaborating with other healthcare team members and sharing patient information

This is what our client offers you:

Contract: Temporary

Duration: 2 weeks

Two possible schedules: 7am-2pm or 8am-8pm

Salary: €19/hour + end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid leave + Navigo card allowance based on your residence zone + Sunday premium
