How do you envision contributing to the well-being of residents as a Nurse (F/H) in our Elderly Care Establishment? In an elderly care establishment, you will be responsible for providing care and ensuring the well-being of residents. - Ensure daily care for residents while respecting their dignity and individual needs - Administer prescribed medical treatments with rigor and precision - Collaborate with the medical team to develop and follow personalized care plans - Observe and report any changes in the health status of residents to ensure a rapid and adapted response - Actively participate in team meetings to share information and improve care practices

We are looking for a (F/H) Nurse with initial experience for an elderly care establishment - Ability to establish a trusting relationship with patients and their families - Previous experience in geriatric care appreciated - State Nursing Diploma required - Excellent stress management and decision-making skills - Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
