Nurse (F/H)

1. Evaluation and Care Plan
Global evaluation: Collect clinical data, evaluate health status, autonomy level, risks (falls, malnutrition, pressure ulcers) and psycho-social needs of the patient from admission.
Personalized care plan: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (doctor, nurses, physiotherapist, etc.) to design and plan an individualized care and life project.

2. Technical and Curative Care
Administration of treatments: Prepare, give, and monitor medication intake (often numerous).
Common nursing tasks: Manage infusions, dressings (often complex: pressure ulcers, wounds), catheters, injections, and blood draws.
Clinical surveillance: Monitor health status, track vital signs, manage pain and geriatric syndromes (confusion, dehydration).

3. Relational and Accompaniment Role
Trust-based relationship: Establish an adapted communication to reassure the patient, often anxious or presenting cognitive impairments.
Family accompaniment: Inform, support, and involve family members in the care plan.
Palliative care: Accompany the patient's end-of-life with dignity and benevolence.

4. Coordination and Organization
Teamwork: Coordinate actions with nurses and other professionals. Organize and supervise team work.
Admission and discharge management: Organize the patient's journey, in line with other services, families, or structures (EHPAD, home).
Traceability: Ensure rigorous written and oral transmissions to guarantee care continuity.

- Salary: €14.75 per hour Nurse (F/H) sought for a clinic, without prior experience required, but with essential skills and qualities needed.
- Possess the State Diploma in Nursing
