How will you contribute to patient rehabilitation as a Nurse in SSR? Join our hospital for post-acute care and rehabilitation to offer compassionate and effective care in team - Ensure personalized patient care to facilitate optimal recovery - Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans - Participate in patient education and family education to produce a holistic care environment

A unique proposal for this position:

• Contract: Temporary
• Duration: 6 hours
• Salary: €14.50 per hour

We are looking for a talented and empathetic nurse to join our hospital for post-acute care and rehabilitation.

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar environment
• Mastery of nursing care and patient management in rehabilitation
• Able to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
