How do you perceive the impact of a Nurse (F/H) in a medicalized care home? In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and adapted accompaniment to residents with mental disabilities within our care home - Ensure medical follow-up and administer treatments according to established protocols - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Promote resident well-being by organizing therapeutic and leisure activities tailored to their needs

We are looking for a kind and dedicated person with a State Diploma in Nursing for this Nurse (F/H) position at a care home for people with mental disabilities. - Ability to manage complex situations with patience and empathy - Capacity to work as part of a team while ensuring respect for each individual - Flexibility to adapt to the individual needs of residents - Mastery of care protocols adapted to people with mental disabilities
