• Plan and organize daily care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Ensure medical surveillance and continuous patient needs assessment
• Participate in developing personalized accompaniment projects and quality of care improvement initiatives

• Salary: between €14.95/hour and €25.79/hour

Concerning salary, the hourly rate is set according to the applicable collective agreement within the structure and based on your experience (seniority reintegration). Respect for professional secrecy, confidentiality rules, patient rights, and dignity are part of daily professional practice.
