In a respectful medical-social environment, you will ensure nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life of residents. - Evaluate the health status of residents and develop personalized care plans - Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance - Ensure medical file follow-up and transmit relevant information - Collaborate with families for optimal patient care - Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of care practices

The sought-after Nurse (F/H) has a solid experience of at least one year in the medical-social field, specialized in disability. - Mastery of adapted nursing care for people with disabilities - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team within a medical-social establishment - Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and their families - Holding the State Diploma of Nurse (F/H) - Ability to manage emergency situations with calmness and efficiency
