Our client is a facility located in PLAISANCE that offers services and care to elderly people in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. This Gers establishment is adjacent to the departments of Landes (40) and Hautes-Pyrénées (65).

How can your nursing skills enrich the lives of elderly residents? In a benevolent and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to 87 elderly residents. Your main missions:

• Ensure daily surveillance and care for residents with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate interventions effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal follow-up of care
• Administer prescribed medical treatments while strictly respecting established protocols and procedures
• Participate actively in the development and evaluation of individualized care plans for each resident
• Contribute to maintaining a secure and serene environment, conducive to well-being and dignity of residents

A unique proposal for this position:

• Contract: CDD
• Duration: 6 months
• Salary: €2200 per month
