In a benevolent setting, you will provide vital care to residents by ensuring their comfort and taking charge of their health according to medical standards - Regularly monitor the health status of residents using exams and continuous diagnostics - Strictly apply medical prescriptions and collaborate closely with the medical team to adjust care as needed for residents - Maintain effective and empathetic communication with residents and families to discuss their health status and provide guidance - Actively contribute to improving care practices by participating in ongoing training and sharing expertise with the team - Manage and administer medical records while respecting confidentiality and data security regulations
