What captivating responsibilities will an Infirmier (F/H) in a rehabilitation center assume? The holder will accompany patients with cerebrovascular lesions from the rehabilitation center to their socio-professional reintegration. - Ensure medical care evaluation and follow-up tailored to the specific needs of patients. - Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery pathways. - Organize educational workshops to promote autonomy and social reintegration of patients.

The ideal candidate has confirmed expertise in patient care and rehabilitation for cerebrovascular lesions. - Mastery of specialized nursing care in neurological rehabilitation and patient accompaniment - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care pathways - Minimum two years of experience in a rehabilitation center or similar establishment - State Nursing Diploma required to practice in this position
