Nurse Engagement Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

Our client is a US-based healthcare organisation supporting nurses across various facilities. They are seeking a proactive, empathetic individual to join their team as a Nurse Engagement Coordinator. This role is fully remote, and requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for nurses, providing support and addressing inquiries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses across various healthcare facilities. * Proactively engage with nurses to understand their needs, challenges, and concerns. * Coordinate and facilitate communication between nurses and relevant departments (e.g., HR, clinical leadership). * Assist with the onboarding process for new nurses, ensuring a smooth transition. * Provide administrative support, such as managing schedules, updating records, and preparing reports. * Identify opportunities to improve the nurse experience and propose solutions. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in nursing. * Utilize communication tools and platforms effectively (e.g., email, phone, video conferencing). * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role, preferably supporting nurses. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Empathetic and patient demeanor. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work during EST hours. * High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with nurse engagement programs or initiatives. * Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology. * Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
