At Amàre Beach Hotel Cancún (Curio Collection by Hilton / Fuerte Group Hotels), signature gastronomy, sophisticated design, and service excellence come together to create unique experiences.

We are looking for hospitality professionals with a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork to join our different consumption centers: specialty à la carte restaurants, conceptual buffets, high-end breakfast areas, and in-room service.

If you have experience in the dining room (whether in à la carte restaurants, high-volume buffets, breakfasts, or banquets), we want to incorporate your talent into our team!

Depending on your experience and professional profile, you could be part of our different gastronomic concepts:

️ À la Carte / Specialty Restaurants: Focused on personalized attention, table protocol, recommendation of gastronomic offerings, and pairings.

☕ Breakfast Service & Conceptual Buffets: Focused on service fluidity, organization, room preparation, and warm, agile attention.

️ In-Room Dining & Special Services: Focused on discreet, detail-oriented attention with high quality standards in rooms.

Supervision and Sector Headships: Focused on shift coordination, daily briefing leadership, and operational management of dining room teams.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

✨ Stage Setting: Take care of room setup, cleanliness, and ambiance, adhering to the operational manuals of Fuerte Group and Curio Collection by Hilton.

Attention & Hospitality: Warmly, professionally, and excellence-orientedly receive, seat, and attend to guests.

Service Management: Take orders, serve dishes and beverages, or manage buffet flow with agility and precision.

Resolution & Feedback: Address and channel guest suggestions or requests to ensure their maximum satisfaction.

Team Spirit: Participate in area meetings or daily briefings and collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to maintain an excellent work environment.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree, Technical Degree, or Vocational Training in Gastronomy, Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent experience in the sector.

Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in dining room positions in hotels (4*-5*), à la carte restaurants, buffets, or high-volume consumption centers.

️ Languages: Intermediate or advanced English (depending on the specific position facing international guests).

Tools: Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus.

Competencies: Service vocation, excellent presence, dynamism, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
