About the Role:

Are you an experienced and motivated MNT?

An established healthcare provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their progressive and collaborative radiology team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, technical excellence and high-quality patient care.

Working with cutting-edge technology, you'll have a choice to specialise in either PET or Nuclear Medicine, although working across both modalities is available. Be part of pioneering procedures and leading-edge molecular imaging advancements, and take advantage of access to training in CT and hybrid imaging, with pathways for ongoing professional growth.

As part of a well-supported team of technologists operating across multiple sites, you will enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule, with minimal weekend shifts for pre-surgical imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging with precision
  • Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, small parts and vascular ultrasound examinations
  • Utilise advanced imaging technology to produce accurate and diagnostic-quality results
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and professional workplace culture

Skills and Experience:

  • Registration with the NZ MRTB as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Experience in nuclear medicine and/or PET imaging (CT imaging experience would be advantageous)
  • Competent in the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and operation of advanced imaging technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team across several sites
  • A willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development
