Join the Team as Test Automation Specialist with ServiceNow Experience- European Commission Location: Brussels, Belgium Client: European Commission Your role As a Test Automation Specialist, these are the main tasks that you'll be responsible for Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests. Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process. Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the Department's IT infrastructure. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using various programming languages such as Python, Java or C#. Collaborate with developers to ensure that automated tests are aligned with the development process. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to automated testing. Provide training and support to team members on test automation best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in test automation and ServiceNow. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and improve overall quality. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with focus on test automation. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its integration with other systems. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium or TestComplete. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Fluency in English is required.
