We are hiring on behalf of a reputed Bangalore-based company specializing in machining and assembly of metal, plastic, and composite parts for the medical equipment and machine tool industries.
️ *Position: NPD Engineer (Programmer)*
Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical
Experience: 6 to 12 Years
CTC: Up to 25%–30% hike on current CTC
️ *Responsibilities & Skills:*
• Proficiency in 3-Axis & 5-Axis machining (Fanuc series machine setup)
• Programming expertise in DelCAM / MasterCAM software
• Custom tool and fixture design, including work holding systems
• GD&T and quality inspection methods
• SolidWorks design proficiency
• Keizen and Poka Yoka implementation
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis
• Process optimization and documentation
• Coordination with production, quality, and NPI teams for project execution
