Nounou after school - Chigny (Vaud)

Location: Chigny (VD)

• Monday: 16h00 – 18h30 (2h30)
• Wednesday: 12h15 – 16h30 (4h15)
• Thursday: 16h00 – 18h30 (2h30)
• Friday (1 week out of 2): 14h15 – 16h00 (1h45)

• Week with Friday: 11h00
• Week without Friday: 9h15
• Average weekly hours: approximately 10h00

Possibility to add 3 hours of household chores per week, if desired.

• Occasional evenings and weekends
• Flexibility during professional or personal travel for parents

The boy is 10 years old and presents a mild autism. He is independent, likes to feel useful, and appreciates a structured routine.
The nanny must therefore be:

• comfortable establishing a soft and coherent structure,
• patient, kind, and understanding,
• able to support his autonomy and specific needs.

• Pick up the child from school
• Manage snacks, calm or outdoor activities
• Assist with daily routines and provide gentle accompaniment
• Create a reassuring, stimulating, and structured environment
• Regular communication with parents
• Occasionally: evenings, weekends, and additional hours
• (Optional): Light household chores – 3h per week

Requirements

• EU passport or valid work permit for Switzerland
• Minimum 3 years of experience with private families
• Solid and verifiable references
• Calm, organized, reliable, and liking to work with children
• Sensitivity and understanding of needs related to TSA (even mild)
• Ability to manage end-of-day routines in a gentle manner
