We are a large aid organization with headquarters in Berlin. Responsibilities
- A structured start to your career: You will be individually trained, step by step, with clear points of contact, in operational service and administrative processes.
- After training, you will independently take on emergency response calls and provide care to your patients according to guidelines and the specifications of the responsible medical directorate (ÄLRD).
- You will work in a motivated team with modern vehicles and equipment, flat hierarchies, and a appreciative atmosphere between station teams and rescue service management.
- Your professional development doesn't stop after the exam; it's just beginning: You will benefit from professional further and continuing education (e.g., ACLS and PALS), which we organize, finance, and naturally conduct during working hours.
- You will have the opportunity to get involved beyond operational duty, e.g., in projects, quality assurance, or organizational tasks in the rescue service.
- If you are flexible, it pays off doubly: You will receive an additional standby bonus and a flexibility premium.
Base Salary: €3,819.80 (EG7 level 2, 39 hours/week) to €4,001.34 (EG7 level 3).
Allowances/Benefits: Shift differential €108.74; Emergency Medical Technician allowance €100 (from the third year €300, from the sixth year €400); Flexibility premium €100; Standby bonus €75; Surcharges as well as special leave for night work.
Vacation: from 01.01.2027 31 days/year and up to 4 or 5 days additional vacation for night shifts worked.

Profile
- You have successfully completed your training as an Emergency Medical Technician (m/f/d) and want to start your career professionally, well-supported, and clearly structured.
- You are eager to take on responsibility, work in a team, and provide safe care to your patients according to current guidelines.
- You see your training not as an endpoint, but as a starting point – you want to develop professionally and also gain insights into organizational and administrative aspects of the emergency medical services.
