Kommunikation with clients, authorities, and courts
Monitoring of deadlines and dates
Administrative tasks in the notary field
Your qualification: Relevant professional experience in the notary sector or completed training as a Notary Assistant (m/w/d)
Careful and orderly working method
Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
Safe handling with MS Office, ideally experiences gathered with notary software
