The following qualifications are required: • Completion of a notary training program or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in a notary office • Excellent knowledge of notary law and regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
