Your tasks: You prepare documents and contracts in the areas of real estate law, family law, and inheritance law, and process these. You communicate with clients, courts, and authorities. You create cost calculations and process the debt collection. You take over the appointment management and the deadline monitoring. You manage and maintain files and documents. You support the notaries in all administrative and organizational tasks. Your qualifications: You have successfully completed a training as a Notary Assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You ideally have professional experience in a notary's office. You have in-depth knowledge of notary law and are confident in handling common software programs (MS Office, Notar software). You work carefully, independently, and responsibly. You possess excellent team and communication skills. You approach clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
