Your responsibilities will include: • Providing administrative assistance to the notary, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records • Assisting with client communication and correspondence • Supporting the notary in organizing and coordinating events and meetings • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the notary office • Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve common goals • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
