Notary Assistant/Attorney & Notary Assistant (m/w/d)

We are an established mid-sized law firm and notary office in Friedrichsdorf/Taunus, located in the catchment area of the Hochtaunuskreis and the Rhein-Main region. Our modern equipped office is conveniently located and directly adjacent to the train station in Friedrichsdorf. To strengthen our notarial department, we are looking for a Notary Assistant/Attorney & Notary Assistant (m/w/d) on a full-time basis with an unlimited contract. It is expected that the candidate will have experience in the field of law and/or notary office, as well as knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations. The tasks include, but are not limited to: preparing and processing documents, conducting research, providing legal advice, and assisting in court proceedings. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
