Notary

Baro RH is looking for a notary with 1 to 3 years of experience for an exciting position in Saint-Marie, with the possibility of telecommuting. This position will allow you to evolve within a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will be responsible for managing various notarial acts. You will work primarily in the areas of family law, real estate, and estates. Your role will consist of advising clients, drafting documents, and ensuring the conformity of files, while benefiting from flexible remote work.

• Draft and authenticate notarial acts in family law, real estate and estates.
• Advise clients on the legal implications of their transactions.
• Follow up on files and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research as needed and ensure the compliance of the acts.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on legislative changes.

• Law degree and in good standing with the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a notary.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French, a good level of English is an asset.
• Mastery of computer tools and notarial management software.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Team spirit and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
