Notary - Real Estate and Commercial Law

Baro RH is looking for a talented notary, specialized in real estate and commercial law, to join a dynamic firm in Quebec City. As a notary, you will play a key role within the notarial team by offering personalized and rigorous legal support. You will work closely with passionate colleagues (notaries, lawyers, technicians, and assistants) to ensure a smooth, human, and high-level service to our diverse clientele. • Accompany clients in their projects and clearly explain the legal aspects
• Draft and analyze notarial documents
• Ensure complete follow-up of files until their finalization
• Ensure legal compliance and the quality of the work performed
• Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to optimize the services offered
• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal practices

• Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• University level of education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a notary, with expertise in real estate and/or commercial law.
• Analytical mind, good judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
• Team spirit and human approach.
• Comfortable with technologies and digitization.
