• Manage inbound and outbound contacts (phone, chat, email) from Nordic-market passengers.
• Handle travel-related queries: bookings, flight changes, disruptions, refunds, baggage handling.
• Assist special-service requests such as assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, pets, families.

• Ensure seamless customer experience: timely, accurate, empathetic.

• Participate in a rotating shift model (including nights/weekends) to support airline operations.

• Fluent Swedish / Norwegian / Danish + competent English.

• Excellent communication and resilience in a travel-support environment.

• Customer-first attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Valid EU work permit (employment based in Poland).

• Travel or airline-experience is beneficial but not required.

• Full-time employment in Poland with strong employer-brand and modern working environment.
