Offering 65% of billings
Standard Consult $98
Long Consult $165
Level 3+ supervision available
Doctor on a training program
Dr owned group practice
4 Consulting rooms
2 Treatment rooms
Procedure room
RN on at all times
CDM Nurse
Allied Health on site
Mixed billing
3 patients per hour
