We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Non-Tech Recruiter who excels in business hiring for non-technical roles. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for business and non-tech roles, building strong pipelines, and delivering quality talent in a competitive landscape. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, making recommendations, and extending offers to selected candidates. Strong Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for business and non-tech roles. This includes identifying and engaging with potential candidates, building relationships, and ensuring a steady flow of talent. Quality Talent Delivery: Deliver high-quality talent that meets the needs of our clients. This involves understanding client requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and presenting recommendations to ensure the best fit.
