Configure and operate Orca Security to detect non-human identitiesIdentify and correlate service accounts, managed identities, tokens, bots, and API keysEnrich technical identities with verified owner, business context, and risk profilePerform secrets scanning across code repositories and CI/CD pipelinesAnalyze runtime, telemetry, and non-interactive login data to assess risk and usageIdentify orphaned, inactive, or over-privileged non-human identitiesPrepare and structure identity data for consumption by SailPointCollaborate closely with IAM and Security teams Expert-level experience with Orca Security or similarStrong understanding of non-human identities and their security risksAdvanced knowledge of AWS (roles, permissions) and Azure / Entra IDExperience with secrets detection and DevOps environments (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)Ability to analyze runtime and telemetry dataUnderstanding of SailPoint data structures and logicStrong scripting & automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)Understanding of identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver, recertification) Possibilities to work remoteYou will work in an international environment IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
