The role is positioned within a Solution Train (SAFe setup) and focuses on driving the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) activities, ensuring that the solution meets the required performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases for NFR and NFT activities; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize NFRs and NFT activities; • Designing and implementing testing strategies and approaches to ensure the solution meets the required performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards; • Conducting thorough analysis of test results and identifying areas for improvement; • Providing expert-level guidance and support to team members on NFR and NFT best practices and methodologies; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of Non-Functional Testing.
